"I lived in an apartment in Akron and this company does very little to accommodate the living conditions of the tenants, also once I moved I attempted to pay the last months rent, they insisted that It can be deducted from my security deposit and sent not enough half of what my security deposit was because they over charged me for cleaning even tho I was the cleanest tenant they had and even lied about what date I moved so they can keep more of what they owed me, pretty good scammers be careful"

"It’s just insane to me that the Carry lady told me the place would be ready in the middle of August or the end of August, which I did a application, also was first on the waiting list, because they told me, and so I moved out my place, I see in Oct that it was ready on the Zumper app for a 2bedroom in meyers landing, she now ignores my calls, and don’t return them, and then when I do talk to her she sounds irritated to do her job or far away from the phone, my advice if you don’t not like your job quit! This just tell me that this place is unprofessional! She also tells me when it’s up on Zumper, “I haven’t even processed applications yet” well why is it up on zumper, and why are you irritated each time I call it’s weird she’s weird!"

"Do not rent from them. They are an absolute nightmare. They do jot care about, maintain ro take care of their properties. The property at Beechwood Ave had bad piping that a plumber they brought on said was the fault of faulty piping when they burst. This was due to poor maintenance from very cold winters. Because of this mold developed and made me sick for months still to this moment it is untreated."

"We had a bad water leak in our kitchen,, they came quickly to assess the problem,, Was very courteous and addressed the problem immediately. I am very grateful and satisfied.. they put us in a great room for the duration of the time the work was being done,,, never dreamed that it would have been that well handled,,, Thank u REM commercial rental,,, Harvey!!!!
