I’m greatful for the place I was homeless and it beats sleeping in my car if you myob and worry bout what you need to fix their are benefits to staying there I appreciate the security guards and staff being there and helping us along the way."

"I'm looking at the reviews I cannot believe people would say this is a nice place the structure itself is nice however the staff was lacking on basic hygiene for their inspections of people this place is filthy... It's infested with roaches and gnats the peer support is very lacking they don't care... Pretty much it's very scary place I do not trust the new security guard Justin my packages were stolen and although I got them back they're lying about the paperwork now Marcy who passed away you wouldn't 306 they have on the log sheet that a package was to arrive there she's dead look there's some shady stuff going on all I know is that when I first moved in I went to Walmart to open up an account and the woman that works here was lo and behold there as well but Woodforest Bank has a clause and the paperwork that if one tenant is deemed incompetent and passes away the other one can become a beneficiary my lawyer fails to believe me I'm going to have to point them out to him this week there are some deeply corrupt activity here within the Walls within the company especially emerald development which is no longer a part of this place now it's ABC management I wonder why they switched companies... This is just another Medicaid fraud thing they want you to take psychotriptics they think you're dumb because you have an addictive personality and whatnot personally I believe there was a life insurance policy for Marcy Travis's death I think they got paid that's when all the staff suddenly quit cuz they got paid now we have a whole new outfit here ... I don't have all the answers but I do know this is a nightmare here"

"My fiance lives at the hunter house and it is a wonderful place to live unfortunately it's supposed to be a sober living environment and it is not totally sober living maybe commquest could get more involved!"

"There are 48 apts and 45 of the people beg ,borrow, scheme ,and scam people to make ends but they can make sure they get their beer and drugs .I feel that if they dont have the resources to support themselves why should they have the luxury of having housing ."
