"I lived here for 3 years There is one lil thing I wanna share Its cheap..!! And there is no doubt about it. But dont expect to get back the deposit of $200 which they take in the begenning of the contract...!! They know how to rob you, and will never listen or fix anything even if you ask them nicely several times. You will never get a free space in the parking after 8pm because people from other apartment buldings will park here and Ellis Group don’t care about it. Extremely unsafe location and other people from different apartment can open your lock with their keys. Finally bugs....!! Spiders, Roaches, Ants and last but not the least BED BUGS, you name it this apartment complex got you covered. Trust me everything I am saying is true. The owners and the receptionist are just money hungry people. I made an official complain to Akron police and the University of Akron. I have also contacted other people who lived here before to sign a petition so that their scam comes out. So hopefully this shoud be taken care of. Its not about $200, I just don’t want other people to face the problems I faced..!! Hopefully these information will come in help. God Bless..!!"

"Moved in the month of March. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! Moved me in with flea and cat hair infested carpet. Took a week for new carpet and 2 weeks for new blinds. Ant infested, bathroom floods, and the cabinets are rotted and the refrigerator disgusting. It's like you shouldn't be living in conditions like this. These apartments arent living ready and have mold and etc.. Rate would be 0 stars. Cant wait to move!!!!!!!!!!"
