"Broken elevators, broken everything. Monkeytopia. Every night, I get a singing bonobo with chains on who graces me at 6pm. Peeping toms, package thieves, and nightly fireworks to wake you up in the middle of the night await you here. It's just not safe here. I am several floors up, and it still feels like I am pushing a cart on the street. Loud cars and inconsiderate neighbors really is the norm here. That is aside from the racial discrimination and AntiWhiteism that is blatant and rampant here."

"The Property Manager and his staff doing an Excellent Job here as are all the hard working Maint. Personel and all have been Very friendly and helpful. The grounds and exterior all well kept also the Interior building floors; halls; etc. Super Clean and Bright. My apt. is also Awesome with plenty of windows and easy to move about in kitchen confined to wheelchair."
