"Where to start. Management was never in their office when they said they would be, their office hours are a joke. Maintenance came in unannounced and left the door open when we have a cat and when we specifically said to not enter when we weren’t home. I walked in to an open front door and men putting in a new stove that we were not informed about was coming that day. Front doors didn’t close let alone lock and on our tour fixing those doors were one of their many empty promises of things they were going to fix. We had rats, dumpsters got out of control until health department was called. Stupid expensive given the quality. Our “balcony” was on the verge of rotting out and collapsing if we stepped out on it not to mention rusty nails poking out. Also, the good reviews are from management."
