Brandmere Apartments

"When I first moved in 2020 it was great. After new management came , which I wasn’t even notified about, it became bad. My building was shot multiple times and I wasn’t even notified about it. Maintenance is probably the best thing about the complex. I then was in communication about moving out and nobody communicated anything back to me. I came home one day and the locks were changed. The painting guy had to let me in to get the rest of my stuff out as I was packing up to move upon hearing back from my office."

"Terrible to be below people if they cant be respectful to the people below them I just signed a lease and cant wait to leave management down plays everything and does nothing to help. Apartments are nice but you will have no peace living below someone who is selfish and unaware. We also have people next door who leaves there trash and kids toys in front of our apartment they are also loud. Normal noise is expected but this is beyond that. Try to get a apartment on the top floor to avoid these problems."
