Their customer service and communication is very poor I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!"

"I was very happy renting from them. Buying from them was another story. They threatened us to get what they wanted instead of asking and made us repeatedly prove we paid rent over and over for different months as if it were a mystery. So renting is good Buyers beware After we bought the house, 3 months later, the electric box caught on fire and we learned why they didn't want us to get an inspection. The basement wasn't waterproof like we were led to believe and the entire home I was remodeled with the cheapest possible materials. We continue to rebuild this house from the ground up due to the way it was previously cared for by the owners. Such a pity that people can't just be honest."
