"Going on 3 years living here. Will be my last. These apartments are in need of a lot of ATTENTION. Now the electric bills are over $200 a month for a 700 sq ft apartment. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere."

"Found this place on short notice and secured a short-term lease for the Summer - thankful just for that. I'm a college student and have lived in many apartments - most are filthy upon move-in, but this was in pretty good shape. Had no maintenance issues living on the 3rd but reviews below suggest the basement units are prone to water damage - be sure to clarify your unit or look into that. The complex is nice and green and tucked away but shopping is right outside. The lounge is cozy and the pool is awesome but the gym area is a bit of a joke. The property manager (John) is super friendly and helped me out graciously the few times I stopped by. I certainly recommend."

"I’ve lived here for YEARS because of the convenience of the area. The management is so good to us and so is the maintenance. The REAL problem is that the owner is doing absolutely NOTHING To fix the flooding happening inside of the apartments. It rains INSIDE of your windows. Tonight has literally been the last straw. It rained inside of my sons bassinet and we will be leaving this year when our lease is up. It’s absolutely ridiculous. There’s pictures below of what you can expect. The flooding is happening to everybody pretty much. They just keep it on the hush hush."

"This place was a hidden gem! Lived here for 2 years, and I can't think of a single complaint. Management was great, it's quiet, and everyone is respectful. Maintenance was always very quick to respond, and always fixed our problems in a timely manner. Super close to I-77, Belden Village, and more. Very convenient! Windsor Place is the perfect starter apartment if you are moving out for the first time like I was. Highly recommend it!"
