"Have absolute no promotions. EVER. Very stingy for being a local owner around here. Don’t support the owner rather go somewhere else for your sub. Can’t even help out the community for us & our kids. No buy one get one no 20%. Just a sad establishment for a chain place. Makes sense why the owners never show their face. Go to jimmy johns across the street. Cheaper and GRILLED/cooked."

"Probably the best subway in the North East part of Indiana! The people are absolutely the kindest and take their jobs seriously. I've been twice in the last two weeks and I swear it has been awesome both times. Lacy and Lexi knocked it out of the park..pretty sure they are the managers...if you need a job and are good at what you do? I would 1000% trust them to take care of you or teach you right. 5 stars!"

"Went in for someone else so I cannot comment on the food quality. Just wanted to point out that two customers ahead of me had a huge order that should have been called inor app ordered but did not do so. The prep line handled it well and was still able to acknowledge everyone that was inline. Even offered to help carry the large order out for the customer. Will stop going to the other Dekalb locations to go to the one in the Kroger Plaza."

"This location has the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen in any Subway and I was in the military for 12 years and been in and subways all over the United States and in Iraq. Where is the district manager and they don't even have a sign in the restroom that says if you're dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this restroom please contact and it usually has a phone number..Wow"
