"If I could I would gave 0 stars...Put in an online order at 5 pm. for a 6:30 pm. Delivery. We waited at 6;40 pm still NO Pizza!, I called and P.J.'s said just started prepping pizza at 6:40 pm. They were behind. Would not go in the oven till 7:00 pm. So Pizza FINALLY ARRIVED at 7:30 pm. Manager said they would give us a discount for being late but charged the Full Amount Anyway! We will not be ordering any more Pizza from Them. Would You?"

"Placed an order for pickup. Upon arriving my husband went in to grab the food while I waited in the car. Everyone working ignored and avoided him. Then a young man said “there’s a black guy at the counter”. Loud enough for my husband to hear. Rude and disrespectful, as well as discriminatory. Pathetic to see such young people being raised to think this is acceptable behavior. Upon arriving home, we opened the pizza to see that it was squished. Will never go back to PJs again."
