"Did a window pickup. Service was excellent, food not so much. Ordered the meats pasta. Nothing special about this dish and is definitely not as good as it was before they moved to this new location. Quality and taste definitely not where it was before the new building."

After giving up on placing an online order, due to the the website freezing up and restarting at the beginning several times, I called in an order to a very competent employee, was given an accurate pick up time, and was greeted by another cheerful employee. "Pretty disappointing. I ordered through the app and sat at the window for a full 5 minutes before someone came, no exaggeration. The melt I got was pretty good, but the boneless wings were a joke. They were almost all smaller than a chicken nugget and one of my orders of 8 was a “wing” short, which on its own isn’t that big of a deal, but as small as they were I would have expected extra. Everything tasted good."
