"We just moved in in November and I have to say we love it here! Mike was our leasing agent and was extremely helpful. But even when he wasn't available the entire team was knowledgeable and professional helping to work around my schedule since I was moving counties to be here. Our apartment was finished and available exactly when they said it would be and we love it. The office team goes above and beyond. There was a mix up with my grocery delivery when we first moved and they put in foot work to help us find them. They also have put in great work to not only make this a place to live but events and communication to make this a community. As a former property manager I know how much effort goes into these events and I truly appreciate all the extra time and effort the whole team puts in. As an additional bonus the views are amazing my self and my daughter love the river view from our place."

"I moved into Cedarwood sometime early August and have had a great experience. Upon moving in any issues or complaints I had, which were minimal, were addressed by the property manager Sarah quickly and accordingly with no push back. There have been some great updates happening throughout the property. Which I personally love to see! My building has gotten a fresh paint touch up throughout the halls since moving in. I’ve also noticed the painter visiting the other buildings as well. There are multiple balconies are being restructured, mine included and I am so excited to use it coming next spring! Harlee is always very nice and professional when it comes to answering any questions I may have during these processes! If all these things weren’t great enough you simply just can’t beat the location! It’s so close to many of the beautiful trails in the valley and walking distance to some great places to eat, and get some drinks. Overall, loving my time here in this community!"

"I've lived in Cedarwood for a year now and just signed for another year. Lindsay and Sarah in the office is amazing. Sarah helped me set up my app for autopay. Maintenance is exceptional Lindsay helped me put in a ticket and my problem was fixed first thing the next morning. Just an absolute amazing place to live"

"They advertise two pools, but for the past two summers, only one has been open… And they are inept at taking care of it. Woke up the dog poop in my hallway this morning. And this one garage has been covered in raccoon poop since the dawn of time and they haven’t even bothered to power wash it? But woo hoo! They are building a pickle ball court ! Oooo!"
