"Lived here a year and dealt with so much stuff. First off, maintenance just comes in with no warning. I’m a woman and live alone and it’s terrifying that they just walked in whenever they felt like it. One time I just got out of the shower and had to yell at them to not come in. They left my door open so my cats could’ve ran out. Next, mice. So so so many mice. Fridge broke down. Carpet was gross. Noisy neighbors. They don’t throw salt on the stairs and I fell down them during winter. And when I finally moved out they tried to get money out of me for random stuff. It’s an okay apartment for your first one bc it’s on the affordable side but there’s so many cons in my experience."

"Between the bed bugs and the roaches I never got any sleep.add on my neighbor in the next door apartment was cooking something that smelled like chemicals that made me sick and I can't recommend this apartment. Management was no help either.document with your phone video of the apartment when you get there.they will keep your security deposit if you dont."

"BUGS MICE THEY DONT FIX THINGS MY ROOM WAS RAINED IN FOR A WHOLE YEAR AND THE DAY I LEFT IT STARTED RAINING AGAIN AND MY WALLS STARTED TO TEAR APART A HOLE IN MY CEILING MICE PROBLEM MICE IN MY HOUSE AND THE LAUNDRY ROOM MY KITCHEN FLOODED THEY TOOK A WHOLE WEEK TO FIX AND THEN SENT ME INSPECTION WHICH I PASSED THEY DID IT OUT OF SPITE SINCE I COULD NOT ACCESS MY KITCHEN AT ALL FOR A WEEK AND HAD DISHES THAT NEEDED TO BE WASHED JENNIFER KING IS EVIL PLEASE DOE NOT EVER RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE IT WAS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I HAD MOLD IN MY HOUSE AND MY NEIGHBOORS HAD BLACK MOLD 2 buildings are under inspection they need to shut down this apartment complex mold has affected my health and they don’t care trust me it’s better places to rent then to go thru hell renting from these evil people even the maintence people don’t like working or renting here. CORRUPT BUSINESS."

"Started living here in July. Everything has been great. Reasonable rent, friendly people, reasonably quiet place to live. The staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt and I have had no problems at all. Centrally located with a good bus system. Very pleased with this place."

"I live here with my roommate and it's been a very positive experience. Haven't had any problems with pests, we keep our apartment very clean and an exterminator sprays our apartment once a month for preventative purposes. We were provided a schedule by the leasing agent on the days he comes. The only complaint I would have is Maintenance and how long it can take to get things done. However, I understand that they have been under staffed recently; so my rating is still going to be a 4. Why? Because my leasing agent is very detailed oriented and the main office staff is always so personable. Just during my time here, I have noticed a lot of changes and touch-ups to the buildings that I think is a big improvement. To the flower beds outside, and so much more. I can't wait to spend another year here! Not to mention the lovely view I get right outside of my door every morning! And if I choose, I can sit along the water's edge to fish or go across the street to chill at Sam E's Lounge!"
