"Horrible people. They are very cheap and only have 1 Maintenance man who takes months to fix something. They try to strong arm you into renewing your lease a few months after you move in. I had the bathroom ceiling fall on my head at one of there properties and it took them months to fix it. I would randomly find dead roaches in my bathroom. I feel sorry for anyone who leases from these deadbeat slumlords."
"Rented from them back in the mid-late 2000s when I was a student. Had unit for 2 conswcutive years. Poorly maintained rental, illegal entry by employees, and then management attempted to keep the deposit. I successfully sued in small claims to get my deposit back. Super shady company that will tell you a lot of offerings to get you to sign, then try to screw you out of your deposit. Be sure to get everything in writing and document all correspondence!"
"The rentals for college students are distgusting and the management was poor. Had to have the appartment cleaned twice for move in and still not clean. Waited 2 or 3 days to have problems fixed. Floor in kitchen was sticky, tiles popped out in the bathroom floor and your feet turned black if you walked barefoot on the carpet. Fixtures fell off the wall and the toilet had to be fixed several times. The ceiling was caving in at 2 different areas and was never addressed. Leasee Beware!!"
"Great experience with property and management"
"House got broken into twice by an employee who had a master key. Nobody was notified about the missing master key and the house wasn't re-keyed to prevent the break in. I never paid late, found a replacement tenant when I left, house was in good condition, and I still didn't get my deposit back."
