The Bowery is in the heart of all the action in the city. I rarely need my car during the week since there is always stuff happening on Main street. Overall, if you're a young professional working downtown, or just looking to live in a peaceful well-managed apartment complex, this is the spot for you!"

He is great at communicating, always responds to emails and calls timely, and helps answer any questions or resolve any issues! Mike the maintenance guy is also amazingly helpful with maintenance, move in, and knowledgeable about the building. They are both friendly and want the tenants to have a renewed and happy living experience at the Bowery. I hope they continue to keep up the good work!"

"I've lived at The Bowery for around three years now, and it's been a pretty solid experience overall. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The new manager has been quite responsive and professional, which is a nice change. It's good to see someone hands-on and involved in managing the place. They do a good job of keeping the facilities clean and well-maintained. No major complaints there. The appliances are a definite plus. They're all pretty new, and everything works fine, which makes life easier. Parking is usually convenient, although there are times when it gets a bit too tight. The location is a highlight for me. It's close to several stores, restaurants, and hospitals, making it easy to grab whatever I need without traveling too far. Also, the residents are very friendly, and it's been really nice to be a part of this community. The Bowery is a decent, comfortable, and convenient place to live. If you're looking for an apartment in Akron, it's definitely worth considering."
