Mayfield Gardens Apartments

"It's going down hill! They no longer care about the type of ppl that move in. Kids ruining up and down the hall yelling and pounding on walls. Some residents work nights and/or strange hours. Some residents are elderly. It's as if new management only cares about filing the apartments and doesn't care with who!"

"This is a great apartment complex at a good price and in a nice neighbourhood. Christina (manager) and Rinaldo (maintenance) were always available with whatever I needed during my tenancy there. I also appreciate that Christina took the time to review my entire application including my finances and credit (all other complexes in Mayfield Heights wanted me to have a full-time job, which I did not yet have, despite having ample savings. They all rejected me quickly). And at the end, they gave me my ENTIRE security deposit back! These folks put the human touch back into apartment living and were the best complex I have ever lived in (I have lived in 9 other complexes over the years!)"

"I have lived here for three years now. The last owner/maintanece team were welcoming. The new owners have a property manager that is working hard to change the culture to make repairs as needed. Quiet area and walking distance to shops."

"I have lived here for a few years. When I first moved in, my apartment was not "move in" ready and the property managers at the time assured me everything will get fixed and so on. I had many issues and was ready to start looking again. They didn't fix anything when asked and always had an excuse why it wasn't getting done. It isn't easy to just pack up and move when you have kids. Then I heard that it was sold and new owners took over. The best decision I made was to stay. Since the new owners, not only have they began to update the outdated building but they actually take time to know and understand their tenants. Christina, our new property manager is nothing short of amazing. I had the opportunity to meet with her and go over all the repairs I needed which most if not all stemmed from the previous managers who did absolutely nothing every time they were asked. I have had more improvements to my apartment in the short time they have been our new managent then in the previous 3 years I have been here. My kids love their home here and I'm so glad I gave them a chance and we actually do see changes. Hands down, I would recommend Mayfield Gardens to anyone and everyone. Btw, if I could give Christina 10 stars I would."
