"I wouldn’t recommend this building to my cat or dog. This place is God awful and I cant wait until i move out. They dont fix anything. Management goes up on rent every year..on top of them having attitudes. when you call it says this apartment is “award winning” baby where at? Cause i’m seeing roaches in the hallway. That’s not award winning. Not to mention that chick Angela puts the R in rude. Very unprofessional when dealing with people. She’s part of the reason why I moved. I dont do business with nasty people."

"If you are considering moving into the Drake in Mayfield Heights do yourself a favor and DO NOT ! I have lived here for almost 3 years now the place has gone down hill completely. ( This is coming from a person that was born and raised in Mayfield. ) Constant Loud noise day in and day out . People leave their garbage in the hallways , common areas and parking lots . Cars have been stolen , the MHPD is here DAILY for nuisance calls . The buildings are poorly maintained to the point that they SMELL ( hallways are gross / never cleaned ) Not a safe place to raise a kid and should be avoided at all costs . If you are elderly and or live on some of the top floors getting to them will be an issue since the elevators are typically out of service . I have brought all of these points up and more directly to the Head management and time after time they've completelydone NOTHING. Do your homework and A avoid this place! I'm not able to add photos but it's completely GROSS ( and embarrassing to be honest )"

Any questions or concerns were resolved quickly and apartment rooms were beautiful. The gym and the package rooms were great. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend staying at The Drake."
