"I have a few relatives that live here and a few friends. I am very disappointed in this park. Prices are extremely high for their new trailers and the lot rent is a little high as well. There are alot of run down trailers in this park. Roads need to be repaved. It seems that they do the basic things and that is it. For the cost I think their should be improvements. Especially the roads."

"Bed bugs in our trailer and they refused to spray so when we paid out of pocket they refused to reimburse us. We originally applied for a nice trailer and the communication we got was minimal so a week later we were told we were approved but we had to get a different trailer. The trailer pieces in it are cheap, trim has fell off and put faucet was leaking water into the carpet. They don’t fix the problems the first time. They try to do cheap fixes until you complain. For 1100 a month plus you pay all utilities. On top of that. We moved here when there was snow covering the yard. When it melted there’s like 3 piles of dirty diapers and bags of trash never disposed of behind our porch and shed. They said they have landscapers to fill the pool outlines in our yard and to help with the trash but nobody’s come. I lost it and blew up the other day. Ludacris. Can’t wait until our lease is up. Edit: we did call the 844 number and nobody has called us back."

Everytime something goes wrong maintenance comes by and resolved the issues and maintenance is very caring and respectful and nice as well, I'm glad I moved here may have a crazy neighbor but other then that is a nice quiet and great atmosphere here thanks you"
