"I literally live here now, and I’ve been waiting on maintenance issues (door falling off hinges, I literally was holding the screws in my hand, blinds that broke and fell on my head and haven’t been replaced even though it was reported weeks ago i.e. I can’t even close the blinds in my bedroom, pieces of molding that aren’t attached/can be straight picked up only got easily fixed once I made it clear I’d be paying rent to the court instead, unfixed smoke alarm for over a month (I even offered to fix it myself but they never were able to give me a battery), washer that doesn’t drain, dishwasher that I’ve personally had to fix because the entire top rack bar was so bent that it broke but still not repaired, sink repair I was told would get fixed months ago, the list could keep going). I was very happy here and now debating even renewing my lease. I pay almost $1500 for this. Now I have to go through the court to pay rent or nothing will be fixed. Save your time and money."
