"It’s ok here because it’s affordable. But as a renter of 10 years my how time flies by. Renters as Ian you get second hand appliances that are no better than the one you had problems with. The building facelift was something to look forward to. But the laundry rooms are dirty n outdated. So Ive finally had enough as a renter for so long to it’s never going to get better"

"I lived here a little under a year, this was the best first place to call home I could’ve asked for! They are amazing, maintenance guy is super kind! Charles and the other management/lease center are all so kind! Yesterday was my last day and it was easy, very bitter sweet leaving. Quiet, spacious, great rent price, gorgeous neighborhood!! I would rent here 100000x over !"

"I have been here for almost 6 months, I have nothing but good things to say about this place! It was completely remodeled when I moved in, it’s quiet, close to EVERYTHING! They redid the exterior while I lived here, and they were very curious with timing etc! Charles, management is very kind and is a great conversationalist ! I feel like I live in a house half of the time because I can’t hear anyone. Mike, maintenance is super kind and is willing to help with anything he can! This is my first apartment and I can honestly say this has been a perfect first home!"
