From the very beginning, Christie went above and beyond to make sure we had an easy and seamless moving process. She was insightful, caring, and patient with all of our questions and even let us come back to take measurements a few times before our move-in date. The maintenance team has been great - they are quick and easy to work with. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We definitely see ourselves here for a while! We would recommend this great neighborhood to anyone."

"My girlfriend and I lived at Avon Lake for the last two years roughly, and rented from Redwood for 5 years at this point, overall we were happy living there. We lived there in one of the units directly next to the new construction, while the construction was going on. On top of this during the time we were there, we had 3 different neighborhood managers. Donielle was the first and she was really good and easy to get along with. The second one I don't even rememeber her name, but she was not easy to get along with. I had many complaints about the new construction, and I offered potential solutions to them all but was essentially told "sorry but no" to all of them. The third manager and current manager is Chrissy (Christy? So sorry!) and we loved her! One of the specific issues that I mentioned before was solved within a week of her taking the manager position! Other than these issues, all of our maintenance requests were handled in a good timeframe from Kevin, and the one time we had an issue with a small leak in our roof the construction vendor was contacted and it was resolved within 48-ish hours. We loved our neighbors and everyone in the neighborhood got along pretty well. We would recommend people look here for renting, but make sure to view your unit before you sign, some of the lights in the new construction area shine very brightly into some of the old units, something to be aware of."

"I absolutely LOVE living here!! We've been here for 14 months and have enjoyed peace and quiet, community, and terrific response to anything and everything we've asked for whether maintenance or general questions. Kevin is a godsend! He's always been very prompt about attending to any maintenance request and does it with a great attitude, too! Although Laney is new to her position as neighborhood manager, she has been very friendly and caring to us. Our neighbors close by to our apartment have changed a couple times, but that is the freedom that apartment living can bring. We feel very safe and secure in our Redwood Avon Lake neighborhood - thank you!"
