"I've been here a month now, very nice apartment, after 16 years of climbing a steep staircase it's great to be in a ground floor apartment. I've made friends with two great dogs already! Pretty much soundproof walls, can't hear my neighbors. Good move!"

"Mary is very unprofessional liar and a thief. I submitted my application after being denied for 1k in past debt. She said well if you take care of it you can resubmit application but it will cost u another application fee. I strictly asked her is it only my past debt she told me yes now today I'm told it's my past rental history. She was very nasty and unprofessional when I went to ask for the reason why. Call your landlord shes says in a very nasty n unprofessional tone. So I call my current landlord and they say idk why you were denied. So we called corporate and got answers that Mary didn't want to give because she was to busy robbing me for 40 bucks. I'm so glad I did get denied because to rent and live at a place where the leasing manager is a very nasty and unprofessional individual. There were tons of confusion cuz of the unprofessional from Mary because she was to busy being nasty instead of being professional and explaining why I was denied. The fact u guys took no measures to work with me or to communicate the proper reason why I was denied. I make plenty of money I took care of my debt and my leasing office said nothing bad about me and would and is renewing my lease. So this boils done to a very nasty n unprofessional ĺeasing manager and nothing more."

"me and my boyfriend LOVE it. super affordable compared to any of the other apartments we looked at in the northeast area. plenty of room for the two of us, super quiet, and in a good area. mary is super helpful and made sure we got everything we were looking for plus more! anytime we need maintenance they are here within minutes, and are super quick to take care of the problem. definitely recommend these!"

"Overpriced for size and they raise the rent every year, higher each year too. Parking lots and sidewalks are barely cleared. Snow shoveled behind vehicles and the lot isn't even salted half the time. Laundry room smells like old water. Everyone's been told year after year they're fixing the patio fences and still haven't. Yet they can raise rent? Maintenance were inappropriate in the past. It's nice having your own private entrance other than that it's totally not worth the price for the size."

"Affordable but on the smaller side. It's in a safe area, neighbors are nice, good amount of closets and the area is quiet. Recently added a small dog park. My only issues were that the laundry room is a bit small and the kitchen was tiny but otherwise it was a good place to live!"
