"If i could give negative stars i would. The hotel is a very cheap motel and my friend and I knew this. But the ultimate disrespect came from the front desk person. Tall AA male who tried to seem so professional at first but then to my surprise made a very disrespectful insinuating statement towards me and my friend. He accused me of lying about where I was coming from because my Identification said a local address and I said I was coming from out of town. As I tried to show him something in my phone to clear this up he stated he doesn't want to hear anything I have to say and he's been in this business so long he already knows what's going on. The real deal is I'm black and my girlfriend is white so I tried to ask him what does he mean. He then puts us into a room that has cigarette holes in the bed the remote didn't work the phone didn't work nor did the clock work. There were no cups in the room so after an hour or so he moved us to another room which also had holes in the comforter. The TV was super small and the light over the bed is very dangerous as it is is right above your head and if u raise up and don't know its there it will poke your eye out. The gentleman up front stereotyped my girlfriend and I and gave us the crappies room way on the backside in the corner with nothing in the room that works. Worst hotel ever...I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!"

"Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, and quiet. Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Will return if in the area again."

"My room had BED BUGS!!!!! I checked in at 8pm Sept 30th and I left at 1:30 am. I felt something crawling on me and got up. Glad I wasn't sleeping under the covers. Lady at the front desk said" sorry"!!. Didn't offer me my money back. I'll write a review everyday. I was in room 111. If they in 1 room, they're in several rooms"

"I had no problem booking my room online and when I checked in the young lady was very helpful and I've been to a lot of hotels and this one is best cheap hotel I've ever been to. The layout and designs are very nice. The only noises I heard are from the traffic outside. The day of checking out, Ruth at the front desk was so amazing and understanding and she let me check out 2 hours later than normal time because of the situation I'm in. I thanked her several times!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep up the good work y'all are doing!!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay somewhere cheap and safe."

"I work for a design firm for hotels, and have seen quite a few upscale and not so upscale. This hotel is actually good for a budget hotel. Usually budget hotels are "a bed to sleep in" and that's the only quality they have, because they're a budget hotel. This one keeps up its appearances and maintenance better, putting it in what I would call upper budget quality. Externally, the place has rough edges. Internally though, it's a completely different story. Not a single speck of mold or mildew in my room that I could find. I couldn't find any signs of bedbugs either. Things were overall quite clean. It's still a budget hotel. Still a place to sleep. But at least it gets the job done comfortably."
