"DO NOT RENT FROM WOODHILL! I can’t say it enough. I would give them negative stars if I could. This place is deplorable in all aspects of the word. Rent has been raised $200+ in 2 years. They’ve got roaches around every entrance to the building (some of which make their way into the apartment). Paper thin walls allows you to hear absolutely everything. Growing mold around the air conditioners. Maintenance likes to hover the property but never actually fixes anything. Not to mention it’s being ran by a bunch of illiterate, unprofessional, down-right rude individuals. Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere!"
"Went to rent from them. Was told we could get keys on Friday. Then told apartment would be ready on Monday. Monday came and called all day trying to get management had to call maintenance. Then they called me and said apt still not ready. Rented uhaul for 3 days and then had to pay for storage. Cost me $350. Needless to say we said no to the apartment."
"I like the neighborhood. And I like that when there is an issue that requires a professional, they get it taken care of. But getting their own maintenance crew to do anything is almost impossible. We had a plumber come out and had to cut a hole in the kitchen wall to fix it. This hole, which is the size of two basketballs has been here for going on 6 months now. About twice a month we tell them it's there and still needs fixing. They say they put in a work order, they should be there next week. Guess who never ever shows up. I have to cover it with a dish towel or a pillow sheet just to keep from losing our cat in the wall. This is getting more than ridiculous."
"I would highly recommend that you have nothing to do with wanting to rent at Woodhill Apartments in Crescent Springs. The apartment manager Kim Porter also manages Greenfield Apartments in Erlanger, she is unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful to everyone she speaks to. I have dealt with her numerous of times regarding a rental of an apartment at Woodhill Apartments after the original manager had either quit or was fired. I waited over 3 weeks for matinence issues to be fixed, after putting a deposit down to hold the apartment. When I went to pay the remaining money owed, so we could move in, I seen that the apartment was still in disarray and was told that I'd have to live in those conditions if I wanted to rent from her. 3 months later i'm now told I will not be getting my deposit that I put down on the apartment. So I'd like to finally share with you what Kim Porter and CB Management wants hard working people to live with. I took pictures of the final conditions of the apartment when I went to pay the remainder of the monies. Enjoy! ( If you tap the photo and the name Dollargirl at the bottom you can view all the pics)."
"We have lived her for 8 months now. If we could afford to buy out our lease, we would. The maintenance is terrible. When we moved in in June, our dishwasher was broken. We called dozens of times to get it fixed. They finally came to fix it on Thanksgiving weekend when we were in the middle of preparing food for Thanksgiving! Part of our bathroom ceiling fell in July. That was also not fixed until November despite repeated calls and threats of legal action. The apartment had cigarette burns in the carpet when we moved in and it was never replaced. The window screens were broken and so we aren't able to ever open our windows because our cats could easily get out. Those have never been fixed despite repeated calls. We also have a huge bug problem in the warmer months. Centipedes, ants and spiders everywhere! Again, maintenance wouldn't do anything about it. Try and call the office and they won't answer. Ever. We even had something stolen out of one of cars while living here! I would never ever renew our lease."
