"Even the office will try to steal your mail...received a notification about a package delivery and went to the office to retrieve it. I ordered from a company with very distinct packaging...rental office woman told me they don't get packages and haven't received any. Mind you I am looking at my 2 packages next to her desk...when I pointed my packages out she became hostile and told me to never have my packages delivered to the office. ( sometimes you can't leave specific directions ) So instead of telling delivery people to take mail to apartments, they are willing to send it back or steal it. Been here over three years...I'm out as soon as my lease is over. Don't trust these people. And the rent is absurd for what it is. After signing a lease renewal in May, I started getting charged an extra 275 a month in fees in August. So what you sign isnt what you will be billed.I pay almost 1500 a month to live in a ghetto. I have had my hot water out a week at a time, and anyone with small children should find a more reliable place to live."
