"Been here close to a year. Had some traumatic experiences here but it's very safe for me and my kids. Cheviot Elementary is five minutes away and it's very nice shopping on Harrison. Cheviot PD responds promptly and the management takes care of the property good. It's pretty decent for $1050 2 BD bath a month w utilities. No bugs. But a lot of 420."

"Terrible place to rent! Changed rent from $725 to $1,000! Didn't open the pool due to COVID even though COVID has been over for 2 years! Roaches, owner is verbally abusive and rude. Management overwhelmed and does NOT return phone calls. Maintenance does not respond to work orders ---still waiting for requests to be completed for MONTHS. Save yourself and DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!"

"Lived here for a year with my husband. Place always had issues with roaches, no matter how many times I contacted management. Management is also unprofessional and won’t respond to calls, voicemails, or texts unless it’s about another roach sighting. AC units are old, and ours ended up leaking water all over our floor. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody to get it fixed, and when they “fixed” it, it started leaking again a week later. Save your money and frustrations and rent elsewhere."

Then a sudden change in ownership, I would never recommend this place to anyone. New owners never answer phone, the company address is down in florida. trying to move out now but even that is a struggle with lack of communication. 1 star is too kind, avoid this place if you can"
