"DO NOT RENT. RUN!!! Slumlords all the way around. New people in the office every week. They lie. Try to make you pay somei elses late fee. They don't come fix anything unless you threaten escrow. Homeless people stay in the hallways and abandoned apartments. You can't get mail because they refuse to fix the mailboxes. Bed bugs? They have it. Roaches? They have it. Crackheads? They have it."
"Don't move there!!!! Just like Melissa said there are roaches, bed bugs and mice. The office is never open and when you need work done it takes several months. And I am catching hell trying to get my security deposit back. I moved out January 6, 2018 relocating to Georgia and have not gotten my money back yet. I have called and texted her and she hasn't returned my calls but when the first of the month came Patty was always available then. I worked to pay rent in that godforsaken place and she doesn't have the decency to return my money. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Don't live here!!!! It is full of bed bugs, roaches and mice. The rental office is not open all the time. And when it is it is only open for 10 minutes. The property manager say she going to get things fix but it will be about several months before they get it fix. She also has a attitude when you ask her something. She has favorites too. Also this building is not a kid friendly building. There are fights too"
