"Minimal Invisalign work needed to be done since it’s the second go around. Asked for additional Invisalign trays to move my teeth and was told I needed my last tray or they couldn’t do anything. Did not have my last tray ended having to accept unsatisfactory work as a customer. Also, felt like I went to a car dealership to negotiate pricing. I was sent a letter from my insurance saying they charged them for the full price of Invisalign so they could clean house on the insurance company who covered majority of these expenses but the price I was given was a 1/3 of what they sent to the insurance company. Seems like fraud and then and there knew this operation was unethical."

"If you’re looking for a wonderful and understanding staff this place is for you. The staff is very welcoming and they always do everything to make it right! I started my journey with Invisalign about 10 months ago. I was skeptical at first because I really wanted braces but they recommended me to give Invisalign a try. For about the first 3 months I had some trouble but Doctor Farley kept making it right and making me feel better. I’m glad I stuck with Invisalign now with seeing the big improvement so far.
