"Quoted one price for dental work. My husband asked multiple times to make sure of the price before having anything done. I heard him on the phone confirming prices. His part of total would be 329.00. Paid in full. Just went back for cleaning and was presented a past due bill for over 2000.00! They received 1000.00 from insurance. Was only offered the most expensive partial denture and it does not match other teeth. Very deceptive! Charged 135.00 for an electric toothbrush that was not asked for! Over 3320.00 for a partial denture and cleaning!"

"Medically they are fine and staff is nice, which was the only thing keeping me there for so long. But their Financial department is TERRIBLE. I've been very understanding for years but this is the last straw. The first time I went here (Some time in 2020 or 2021), they did fluoride for my teeth, which I didn't see any issue with until I was charged for it because my insurance did not cover it. They never even told me at my visit that this was not covered by insurance even though they had reviewed everything else and told me that everything was covered. The second time, I requested no fluoride as it's not covered by my insurance. They still charged me for it and I had to contact them to get it resolved. They also cancel your appointments last minute. The last time, they didn't even get me scheduled in for another appointment after cancelling so I had to contact them again. They kept telling me I was a new patient for Florence and I explained I was not and had been there in the last year. They finally "found" my file because they had some sort of system shut down and were still recovering so my file got split in two, one from where I lived 5 years prior and one for Florence. When I got there for my appointment, they had the insurance from 5 years ago and still had not corrected my account either. They were very nice about trying to contact my insurance to get it figured out but were on hold the whole time I was there, or so I was told. But because I was only getting basic stuff done, they assumed it would all be covered. (I still told them no Fluoride). I also gave them my new address since they suddenly had the old address in there even though all of this was normal less then a year before. Fast-forward 3 months, I have been asked several times to pay my bill but they had not actually contacted my insurance company. They also used my old address so I had to remind them of the new address... Each time I call Aspen and tell them about the bill issue they apologized and say they will contact my insurance. Today, they contacted me to say that my insurance would not pay for my bill and was not in network. I just contacted my insurance who says Aspen dental is in network. (BTW, I've had the same insurance the past few years so there should not have been a change in coverage like that) I don't even understand why they contacted me that the bill would not be covered. It STILL needs to go through insurance. Why not just submit it like they are supposed to?"
"DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place was great at first! They were amazing when I first started going and getting a treatment plan. Once the treatment plan was set, it was impossible to get an appt. I had to wait 3-4 weeks for an adjustment/soft liner after being told they would get me in right away for things like that. When I went for my final set of dentures, it was a mess! The dentist didn't care that my teeth were crooked or didn't fit correctly. They didn't line up with my face whatsoever! It was such a disaster that I ended up asking for my money back. That was a nightmare as well! They played games for over a month! They owed me almost 3 grand, but would send a grand then act stupid. It was exhausting dealing with them! I do not recommend them at all!!! Stay away!!! They are rude and can't keep staff at all!!! And btw, they still owe me money, but my sanity is worth more than what they owe me at this point..."
