"Absolutely awful community, all the buildings are old and decrepit, and the manager, Jennifer, is a snarky, lonely woman who blames everyone outside of herself for the awful condition of the property. You’d have better quality of living in an alley in downtown Cincy than this place."

"I had an exceptional experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. The amenities are top-notch, and the well-maintained grounds create a pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and transportation. Overall, a fantastic place to call home."

"Save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere. Way too expensive for what they're offering. The buildings are old and falling apart. The steps to my building were broken for 2 years of my 3 years living there. The door didn't close all the way, and there was trash and dog poop everywhere. When you bring a problem to the office they're nice about it, but don't do much to fix it. They raised their rent again and now it costs just as much to live in this old, crumbling complex as it does to live in a nice new one in West Chester. Not only were zero improvements made to the complex warranting the rent increase, but in an attempt to 'go Green' they cut hot water and water pressure way down. I've never seen it take so long to fill up a water bottle. The apartment was filthy when we moved in, yet we were charged nearly 200 in cleaning fees for regular wear and tear when we moved out. When I say filthy, I mean like cigarette tar still making the walls sticky. I had to deep clean the apartment when moved in just to hang stuff up on the walls. There were holes in the wall and paneling falling off when we moved it. We brought it to their attention and even submitted pictures upon us moving in, but apparently it was still our responsibility to clean up after the people who lived there before us. Jamie in the office was very nice, that's about the only good thing I can say about this apartment."

"I’ve lived here for 10 years HAPPILY! I’ll start there. Jennifer and her staff have taken great care of me from day one and I know that won’t change. Jennifer really does care about the residents, and she does an amazing job managing everything she’s responsible for. The few times that I’ve had to make a maintenance request, it was immediately addressed and promptly resolved to my satisfaction THE FIRST TIME. I’ve had a lot of neighbors over the years, and never had an altercation or negative interaction with them. They don’t rent to just anybody from what I’ve seen. We had a pool party recently with prizes that were raffled and I really enjoyed myself. Back to Jennifer and the staff, Sarah and Jamie are also an absolute pleasure to converse with about whatever comes to mind. Literally everyone in the leasing office is pleasant, friendly, professional, competent, thorough, approachable, and they give a damn. Realistically speaking, I have nothing to complain about. Anything beyond their control, they do the best that they can to address and correct expeditiously. I don’t expect anything from them that I don’t think they can and will do. It’s a very low crime area, conveniently located by a major highway with lots of establishments you can visit.I had no idea how long this complex has been around, and it’s well maintained. Scott our maintenance man is terrific!!! I don’t know how he does it, but thank GOD he does it so well. They’re pet friendly, and there are pet stations with bags placed throughout the complex which makes cleanup convenient and easy. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about anything and Jennifer is a great office manager. I can’t stress that enough. If I felt any other way, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here after my first lease ended 9 years ago and that’s the truth!"

"This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in!!! Save yourself the time, headache, and money by not living here. The apartments are old and not well-kept. This goes for both the inside and outside of the apartment. The grounds are not well-kept and are filled with dog poop, dead animals, trash, and debris. The inside of the buildings, smell of marijuana, urine, or trash on a daily basis. The front office claims the general spaces of the buildings are cleaned weekly button. The time that I have lived here for over three years I have never seen a person clean the general spaces of the apartment. The hallways and entryway are filled with trash, dirt, dead insects, stained carpet, and more. There’s no use in contacting the leasing office for help. None of the people that work there are actually willing to fix the issues that you bring to them. Jennifer, the manager, is constantly finding excuses and will never admit she is wrong. She constantly says she will do things but when you follow up on it, she has yet to take any action. whenever you speak with her, she seems inconvenienced by your conversation. Maintenance takes days, even weeks to even look at the maintenance request you have submitted. When they eventually come around to fix it, they slap a Band-Aid on it instead of actually fixing the issue. Roof leaks, broken appliances, HVAC not working properly, broken doors, no running water, the list goes on. The leasing office was even broken into and stolen from if that tells you anything about the security of the Oaks at Woodridge."
