"Pros: laundry facility is open 24/7 and takes a card instead of quarters. One of the maintenance guys is nice and does a thorough job inspecting whenever stuff goes wrong. Cons: The walls are very thin (lots of noise from footsteps and conversations). My apartment has leaked at least 4 times, was told I cannot move out 6 weeks early after the last one that flooded the whole bathroom and hallway. Ceiling has been missing for a week after it flooded 12/28, was told someone would be out Monday 1/1 to replace it. Then told someone would be out no later than 1/4 (today) to replace it. And it’s still not fixed! I have been looking into other complexes to move to so hopefully it’ll get fixed before or after I move. Edit 02/13/24: After discussion with the complex they have politely agreed to let me move with no further issues. Office staff have had quick responses to this problem."

"I have been living here at FF pointe for almost 7 years. I absolutely love the property and the staff. But this review specifically is for our amazing maintenance men! Geoff and Fred!! They’re amazing at what they do but what makes them stand out is the connection they have made with my family!! Interacting with my two children and my mother when she’s here. Our heat went out last night and Geoff was here in no time. Fixed the issue while holding conversation and laughing with us. Fred was the same way a few nights prior. They are so special and FF pointe is so lucky to have them !!!"

"It was decent, except for the thin walls. Area was congested. The rent was too high. No problem with maintenance. When I had a problem, they came out promptly. The only issue I have with the complex is that I was given a 30-day notice to leave the property without exception, and they won't give me a reason. But on any given day, you can smell weed in the stairway. Caused no problem and paid the rent. My lease was up and lived for 4 months on a month to month basis, which is the only reason I have. Also had issues with bugs, but I lived on the first floor, so I sprayed for myself. Dealt with one rude office personnel, but the others were nice. If there were any issues, it wasn't brought to my attention."

Despite not yet being approved for a lease, I am compelled to share my thoughts on the exceptional process that unfolded during my visit. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly team of leasing professionals who were genuinely invested in making my experience a posisive one. Despite the busy environment, they managed to maintain a sense of calm and composure, ensuring that each visitor received the attention they deserved. They provided detailed information about the available units, lease terms, and amenities, leaving no stone unturned. Their transparency and willingness to address any concerns or uncertainties instilled in me a sense of trust and confidence in the management team. Their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs was truly remarkable. Their infectious enthusiasm made me even more excited about the prospect of becoming a part of this community. Although I am still awaiting approval for my lease application, the experience itself has left an indelible impression on me. I have no doubt that if this level of excellence is maintained throughout my tenancy, this will be a place I am proud to call home."

"I have lived here since July 2021 & I have no complaints whatsoever. The management, maintenance and property are wonderful. The landscaping is well kept & the noise level is low. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue the repairs have been prompt & through. I was always advised if the repair wasn't able to be completed in one visit & what the next steps are. I would like to give a specific shout out to Richard. This morning I was carrying 2 big bags of garbage out to throw away & he offered to take them for me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond."
