"The administration part of Pinnacle are friendly and professional. Also the maintenance is done in a timely manner. I do think we need a better system for deliveries. There needs to be more security and I’m not happy with the system of all the charges being added to the rent."

"I used to live here back when it was called heritage glen apartments. This place used to be ghetto AF! I stopped in to the office here the other day and was very impressed. No where near as ghetto and they fixed it up a lot. All the the apartment buildings looked good outside. The lady at the office was very sweet and helpful! This place was a little out of my price range but I think it’s still a great complex. Stop in and talk to them. I wish I could afford it."
