"Ok to live at, but months after I moved out a debt collector called to inform that my cleaning fees were $200 more than my security deposit despite spending over a day cleaning the 1br apartment before moving out"
"Horrible Horrible People They let some people have dogs out on chains but then refuse to let others and threaten to evict you if you don't bring them inside off the chain. Yet for the next 4 months while you live there, the other people are allowed to continue to have their dogs on a chain outside. Then since they have something against you and your dogs, even though they let your neighbor build his own KOA campground out front. They won't come in and repair the furnace for your ill father and he becomes sick after 3 months of asking for it to be taken care of. This place is garbage and the property manager talks to you in a very disrespectful way. Some of the neighbors are nice, but the fact that the property manager is such a nasty person it is not a pleasant experience to live here. My father felt threatened by the way he was being talked to and now refuses to not have some kind of protection and a phone close by. They also delete reviews."
