"Do you like coming home from a long day of work and taking a hot shower to wind down? Forget it, everyone uses the same outdated, unmaintained, and overworked boiler. How about a nap? Try again! Unless you leave your lights on you are probably going to get swarmed by roaches. Do yourself a favor and get put in jail, you will be more comfortable."

"Won’t attempt to control the roaches, water is always cold, and there is no controlling the room temperatures. No one here cares to listen about these things at all"
"Apartment is filled with roaches. Asked fumigation for months they will only pay to have gel baits dropped. Sliding door was broke and wont latch and has never been fixed. Showers are constantly cold due to shared boiler system. Heat is through a radiator system that you cant control in your apartment. Laundry room is always broke due to poor maintenance. Property manager enteredwithout 24 hour consent at one point in time."
"This place is a joke liars an application scammers. Promise u a showing an a home but nothing is available. They scheduled me a showing an never showed. I waited 4hrs. Not even a call back or a reason why nobody showed up. I called left messages an got nothing back from them.. don't waste ur time or money . PLEASE TRUST THIS IF U VALUE UR TIME AN MONEY. I give them no stars only way I could post this is if I left one"
