"Kingston green has been going downhill for about 7 years. They don't have people in maintenance that know what they are doing.They make up rules as they please. They go through about 3 different managers a year. I believed years ago this was an ok place,but I was wrong. Now no smoking in your home. Sad!"

"THIS REVIEW DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! The property manager needs to go back to be a cook at Applebee's. Since Mariah Kinney became the apartment manager everything has gone down hill. Veterans evicted, residents who lived there 10+ years evicted. No pool, no grills, some people can have 1 dog some can have 2 dogs some can only have small dogs and some can have big dogs. It all depends who she likes. Run like hell from here, she is the rudest person and does not know management skills. Rent goes up, water goes up and no explanation and there are NO amenities on the apartment complex site to explain the raise in rent. No upgrades to the apartments, to explain rise in rent. Several requests put in for things to be fixed and nothing ever gets done. Request are ignored. RUN FROM HERE!! All she is about is putting letters on your door and harassing you."

"My daughter just recently started working here a few months back. She loves the residents and loves her job. The homes are really nice and it's a very well kept complex. I will always recommend Kingston Greene Apartments to anyone Looking for a home. You can't beat the price for it being on the Westside of Hamilton."

"I definitely do not recommend this place at all!! For starters the property manager Mariah is TERRIBLE!!! never answers emails or phone calls. She will boost your rent to different prices each month. They say you have a 5 day grace period for rent but thats a huge lie! I have the most loudest neighbors next to me which i have called about that and she has never answered. And my neighbors above me throw cigarette butts on my patio. She has yet to fix that problem. I have told her multiple times to fix my water heater and my electric box since they painted it shut. Still have yet to get anything fixed!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!"

"Lived here for 7 years. When we first moved in had the water heater go out the first week. Maintenance had it fixed asap. The staff is very quick to listen and respond to any concerns we have had. (Not many) I grew up in the country and find this area somewhat off to the side. I would recommend Kingston Greene Apt to anyone. Love living there. As long as you are respectful and take care of your rental. They are so in kind."
