"After 4 weeks I can say I love living at the Marcum. Well built, quality units located in an ideal setting with a park, and restaurants/bars/breweries and storefronts. Amy the manager is superb to work with as you plan your move and identify availability. She is so friendly, kind and helpful. Fred who oversees maintenance goes above and beyond for all of the residence and taking care of the building. Any question or issues that I have incurred resulted in timely communication and my questions answered. I highly recommend the Marcum apartments."
