"Wow! The place has been totally remodeled and was nice and clean upon my daughter’s move in. We have already experienced excellent customer service and their ladies in the office are organized and friendly. Very helpful and will be referring friends and customers to move there!"

"This staff sold my fiancé a lie over a year ago! Has been charging her for a lie after some “audit”. I want everyone to know before they sign to make sure it’s all official!!! They go back and change things later without you knowing, then fine you. Then eventually you’ll get evicted even after paying every single fee that they have created from thin air. Have spoken with a regional manager about these issues for fear of retaliation. Let’s hope these wrongs can be made right."

"We have lived here several years and can’t really say we’ve had any major problems but the number one best reason to live here is 100% the maintenance crew! They are always fast. they are always knowledgeable. They are always friendly. For example, I had a water leak before the office was open so I left a message on the emergency maintenance line and a maintenance man was here in under three minutes to get the water shut off and start working on it. It was fixed in short order as well!"

"I love how peaceful and clean the area is. The location is so close to everything but far enough away that you don’t have a lot of traffic from down town. Inside the apartments are also so spacious. I totally recommend living here!"

"So far living here has been a great experience. The maintenance people are great and are super prompt and taking care of anything you need. Dana is the one who got me settled. She is honest and knows her job. The other girls in the office are amazing. This was a hard transition for me and my son from where we came from and they have made it very easy and fun even. The grounds are beautiful and so far my neighbors are very nice and I think we're going to like it here a lot!"
