"This apt neighbor did revenge to my mom and put extra trash can at her garage many times. I’m tired of it and put trash away. She has trash can and recycle box are inside garage. Also we put numbers on it. I can’t check on her garage everyday. I live in Columbus and have a job in Columbus. No more revenge. Need change policy or something."
