"My brother and I meet with two residents and they are very pleased with the management of the property. The property was in excellent shape. We couldn't find anything that was in need of repair! The surrounding communities are connected with a walking path. They are also in excellent shape. I was ready to move in even before I meet with the property manager!"

"They lied to me! They evicted me because I got fired from my job. At court they said if I was out by a certain date. They wouldn't charge me for the back rent Even in court they said that. There was no money amount. I just looked on my credit and they charged me Don't move here they are liars! It takes forever to get anything fixed. And I had mold on my appointment from their water ain break!"

"Living in Muirwood Village is pleasant. The location is great, it is quiet, and the neighbors are kind. The only downside is, there are not many amenities that are offered for the price. Though the units are maintained well, as well as the grounds, they should be upgraded. After about a year and a half, there was a change in management. I started to have plumbing problems. The plumbing issue lasted longer that I wanted it to, but the maintenance crew showed up each time to resolve my issue. I led with patience and kindness. Michelle Berry was AMAZING!!!! She is the property manager. I truly believe she did what she could, she was empathetic and listened to my concerns. When I submitted my notice to leave, she showed me patience, kindness and grace. Michelle, Tara and her team exhibited what tenants look for when deciding to move to an apartment community. What started out not being such a great experience ended up being a greater experience. The lesson I learned is that kindness is never forgotten and always appreciated."
