"This is a wonderful place to live. When I was looking, I first walked around the neighborhood and talked to the people who lived here. I decided to move here, and it was a very good choice. Neighbors are compatible, many families but no noise; have met many of my neighbors out walking their dogs. It is close to the center of Delaware, but self contained as a housing development. There are apartments in wooded areas, and twins for rent, as well as houses that are owned. Think I will be here for quite awhile. Oh yes, I would also like to add a star for the staff. Sherry Shafer, who is our rental agent, is welcoming and always available to make sure if something is needed it gets done. She is both personally and professionally an asset to the neighborhood. Maintenance people, Ernie & Don, recently put in a new furnace at my twin. It was a cold day. They were on time, and though I was at home they were not invasive. They clearly knew what they were doing. Polite and respectful, when I asked they were generous in explaining details & safety features about the furnace. Four star recommendation."

Sherry was amazing! We ended up not renting at this location because we needed at least a 3 bedroom, but that did not deter her.
