"I moved in , expecting full control over my thermostat, but came to find out they control the heat and ac so they decide when it’s too hot or cold out. Maintenance halfway does a job and then calls it good. Overall a .5 star experience"

"Worse place to live at. It feels like living in the hood. Always smelling, never do repairs, roaches, you can hear your neighbors walking upstairs. The office staff is not helpful at all. I am so glad I won’t be here much longer."

"Avoid renting from here if at all possible. My daughter rented here for two years and lived in 3 different units. She was moved from the first 2 due to maintenance issues. It didn't stop with the 3rd unit. Not only did the unit flood every time it rained but the damages were never dealt with which resulted in mold. The building was infested with roaches. Maintenance left a broken fridge in the common area that was full of bugs. Trash all over the garden areas. They don't enforce parking rules. Good luck reaching maintenance for sometimes days. Maintenance team lies about what work they do. Sometimes they would say they came to the apartment but didn't and they would have to show the office staff camera footage to prove it. The office staff are rude and simply don't care. Just a terrible complex all around. They take zero accountability for anything and will lie through their teeth. Make sure you take lots of pictures and always get everything in writing with this place. If they can screw you they certainly will."
