Reviews
"Very rude on the phone and just seemed like she didn't care."

"Very helpful agency. Help with utilities. Pipp & heap sign up here.. Metropolitan housing located in this building."
"I call and ask if they are taking donations of household goods. Absolutely until three every day. I am told it is best to stop by the front so they let someone in the back know I am bringing stuff in. I go in and no one is there. Bang on the door and still nothing. As I am leaving a woman who also had called earlier was there to pick up some paperwork she said she needed to fill out. She screamed in to the "reception" window a couple of times. One blonde headed woman looked down the hall at us and walked on. Went around back and no sign of life again, so left the stuff outside. Hope people you are supposed to help fare better than those trying to help."
"Alright the lady acted like she was kinda pushy and in a rush cause if it was Julie she was of been not so pushy and everything else and the lady in the front part of the office seemed pushy and rude to"
