One given example - took them two weeks, close to three, to send out someone to fix/replace the garbage disposal after being told that it wasn't running. Have contacted two agents at Leis about trying to find a house. Never returned my calls or contacted me in any way (reached out to them in June - Jody Rhoades and September - Dustin Leis).
