"Would not recommend this hotel. Booked a trip online via hotel website, when I got there the “night manager” couldn’t find reservation…but noticed I was billed on my card two days prior. She did nothing to help fix even with emails confirming the correct booking date. Poor customer service and ultimately poor experience."

"Rooms are decent. 1 room the a/c heat didn't work all that great. Another room the USB ports didn't work for chargers. I called and requested a kind bed, was told no problem and didn't get one. Asked and they had no record of me requesting. A little more variety at breakfast would be nice."

"Surprisingly excellent. Outstanding room, excellent service, super comfortable bed, reasonably priced, and the breakfast was even quite good! Especially nice was the way the room heating and cooling was set up, with a thermostat on the wall that controlled the wall unit, and the whole system was actually very effective for quickly making the room comfortable. Also really nice design work and layout in the bathroom, complete with a selection of liquid soap dispensers above the sink and in the shower. Even the furnishings were clean and comfortable and served us well for the little bit of business we had to conduct while in the room. Well done!"

"My room smelled like bleach and mold. The walls, carpet, and sheets all had several gross-looking stains. The owner happened to be the only one working there that day. I had a difficult time understanding what he was saying, and it seemed like he had a difficult time understanding what I was trying to tell him as well. Even through the language barrier, it was obvious that he was being very rude and dismissive. I was blown away because it seemed like this would be one of the better places to stay in town."

"Very clean and modernized rooms for the most part. I was shocked to find urine stains on the toilet seat and some trash in the trash cans from someone other than myself when I checked in. The fitness center is small however it is well equipped. My only complaint is that the equipment is absolutely filthy with thick layers of sweat and grime from continuous use without any cleaning measures. The treadmill was so nasty my hands were sticky after simply touching the rails for a few seconds and adjusting the speed. As I was running on the treadmill half of the automatic lights in the fitness center turned off. These are motion activated so I’m not sure why. In the middle of my run before I even hit 2 miles the treadmill completely stopped and reset itself essentially ruining my workout. It would be nice to see better upkeep and cleaning on the fitness equipment. The staff was nice and friendly."
