"Conveniently located about a block from Miami's Campus and pretty affordable for the area. Has water, internet, and heat included in the rent. The apartment was clean when I moved in and has nice wood floors. Maintenance requests were always completed the same or next day and landlord is very responsive. For a small apartment you get a surprisingly large amount of closet space. Off street parking. Perfect for grad students, seniors, and anyone else who wants to live alone."
