"I would hardly say this is worth the price. I moved in while the previous owners were still running it and saw a stark difference in operations with this new company that I would not recommend at all. I feel the grounds were more run-down and not as well maintained at all. I had maintenance come by for some small issues that were less than helpful and ended up just fixing it on our own because it wasn’t worth the hassle. They also constantly had work trucks parked on the lawn as well as random supplies left laying out on the grounds regularly. It made it appear very ran-down and sloppy. They were raising the rent by nearly 25% claiming it was “market value” when it came time for renewal, but luckily we bought at the time instead. It may have been market value with updates, but not when the finishes that look like they’re from 1982."

"11/29/2023 This apartment complex is amazing!! I’m going on my third lease at The Hamlet Apartments. Today I’m reviewing the maintenance staff. This morning I awoke to soaked carpet outside my Hot Water heater door. I called the maintenance phone number and reported my situation at 9:27am. Maintenance arrived at my door in 11 minutes. They identified the problem and started the repair work immediately! This has been my experience with The Hamlet staff each time I’ve ever called! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, the quality of their service or absolute professionalism of the Hamlet staff! Kudos to the Hamlet!"

They increased the rent by 20% each year and not really add any value to the services. Our dishwasher was down for almost 2 months and they kept saying they ordered a part. I will not recommend this place.. they had the tenants write reviews and had raffle draws... wow! Thanks, Cyril"

"I've been living here for almost 2 years no issues at all. Maintenance service always working according to the emergency of your needs. Apartment has everything new when I got it, garage is enough for an SUV even for a minivan. GYM is perfect for me it has lot of weights."
