Days Inn by Wyndham Maumee/Toledo

"I’ve been a long term guest, staying here quite frequently and for sometimes long periods of time. The entire staff here is friendly and ready to help! I have been in several different rooms of all types and have yet to find any issues. The GM is as friendly and as accommodating as can be. I enjoy my talks with her even if it’s just short bits at a time. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"My brother and I are both disabled and we moved back to Ohio from Florida because we had more assistance here. We weren't able to move directly into an apartment, so we had to spend some time in a hotel. We stayed at the Maumee Days Inn because they had reasonable weekly rates. The floors were dirty when we moved in. The manager and morning staff were unreasonable. Every morning, early, there was a huge amount of traffic and lots of conversations directly outside of our room, which stressed out our small dog and made her bark inscecently. We were told by the manager to put our trash outside the door, and they would pick it up. The last 2 days we were there, it wasn't picked up. Then the morning desk person came to our room, hammered on the door, and yelled at my brother for not taking the trash to the trash can a ways away. She said they weren't responsible for picking up the trash, and we should be taking care of it. We were told they couldn't let us stay where we were for another week, and they would need to move us upstairs if we were staying. I use a walker to get around, and my brother uses a cane. We have a small dog that needs to go out several times a day, and stairs were going to be a no-go. We made arrangements to move to a different, more accomodating hotel that has weekly rates. My recommendation is, if you have mobility issues, don't consider going to this hotel because they DON'T CARE."

"The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Only 10 minutes from the casino. Got my room online and only paid 59.00 a night with 2 full size beds. They allow pets for those that have them."

"Called to get information about a room, first time the system was down and couldn't place the reservation, was expecting a call back but didn't get one. Several days later, I tried again. While trying to reserve a room the front desk had an issue that they needed to take care of immediately, said they'd call me back to complete reservation in 10-15 minutes. That was FOUR days ago. Still not heard from them. To much drama going on there to want to place myself or family in the middle."
