Office is bringing back monthly activities for residents which is great for community bonding! Nice pool area and gym equipment in separate areas [split from weights/treadmills]."

"Linda the sales consultant went above and beyond for my wife and me. She stayed late on a Saturday to make sure to show us every unit she could so that we could find the right fit for us. She answered all of our questions and we could tell that the management team cares about their tenants. The units and complex were beautiful with a lot of great amenities. During the tour, a current resident walking her dog told us how much she loves it here. We filled out an application same day and we are so excited to live here! Thank you Linda!"

"I love living here!! Not only is it a great location with everything close by, including all the fast food places, restaurants, stores (Sam’s club, Kroger around the corner, tj maxx, etc), right off the highway, etc., but the apartment complex is wonderful. Such a pretty, private location. I love the “neighborhood” feel. Nice areas to walk around, lots of trees and foliage, and they keep it pretty clean. Great staff, especially Rosalinda (Linda) in leasing. Her tour was so informative and she is just extremely personable and makes you want to live here. Definitely the best! Makes the experience much more memorable, especially knowing you can come to her for anything. The units are not all new and renovated, but I hear they are working on this. My unit is with the renovated kitchen appliances, but even if not, they are so amazing about fixing & replacing anything and everything. I’ve put in work orders for my toilet & lights, & things get done in less than 24 hours. You can always say hi to the staff at the clubhouse & they will help you with any needs. Nice little gym & sauna area there, a living area you can hang out at, a pool outside, and more. To some, I’m sure the rent can get a bit pricey, but with the market now, it’s difficult to find a nice place with a great price. I have had horrible prior apartment experience with a very similar price range and this place does not compare. I would rather pay a bit more for better resident experience any day, than suffer with the mistreatment of my past experience and how disgusting the other apartment complex was. I feel safe and happy here. Love it here for sure!!"
