"I have been here going on 4 years .I like that the apartments for the most part are quiet . I love that when something needs fixed they are on it! Landlord is very nice and understanding My only downfall is the price increase but I also understand everyone needs to make a living. And the garbage area needs some work Other than that it’s a good place to live!"

"Very quiet and peaceful, been here for four years. The maintenance is awesome. They respond to request for maintenance in a timely manner and the guy is so friendly and knows what he is doing. I would recommend a single person or married couple to rent here."

"Mantience does as little as possible. There is mold in the front entry way the landlord has been told. Just has workers paint over it or cover it up. In the summer there are ants like crazy no matter how much I clean. Im very upset with how the landlord takes care of safety of his tenants. If you have kids stay away from here its not safe."

"Horrible work done, 2 years later still fixing things in a home I purchased from them, nothing was installed properly (windows have no installation, cold water ran to the dishwasher, new toilet plumbed into a plugged drain, kitchen sink smacked together with random pipes, carpet not installed properly, no building permits taken out when the house was flipped, furnace and a/c not installed up to code etc etc etc. I would not recommend my worst enemy to purchase a home from them, I am still discovering and fixing all their half assed work. What a total crock of a company. I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me."
