"Hi me and my husband was going to get a place here but we didnt bc my old landlord lied to the woman that works there about me.And she would not give me a chance to Prove myself to her so now i have to fine a different place bc i was looking Forward at renting at place from her but not now i would not Recommend anyone to get a place form findlay green apts."

"I truly hate to be someone to give this horrible of a review, but sadly here i am. The management is absolutely awful, they NEVER answer or call you back, & they always had maintenance coming in once a month to do stuff / inspect the apartment, so we always felt like we basically had no privacy. When we moved into our apartment they didn’t clean it. There were cobwebs everywhere in every single room, the carpet was not replaced, & they didn’t clean out the fridge or freezer. The windows didn’t lock & i didn’t notice this until living there for 4 months, i just had a dream someone came through the window to take my newborn baby… So of course i checked all four windows & not a single one of them locked. When i put a maintenance order in about they said they KNEW the windows didn’t lock!!! We turned in our rent during the 5 day grace period & they threw it away “by accident” & tried to evict us for missing ONE months rent because THEY threw the envelope away & even admitted to doing so!!! During the year & a half that we lived here they upped rent twice. We always had bugs in the apartment, we don’t know how or why but this was an issue since we had a child & who wants to live with bugs on all of their things? There is a lot more i could say, which is very sad, but it’s the truth. Did it do until we found our home, yes. Would we recommend these apartments to anyone we know, absolutely not!"

"I've been trying to call for weeks, only got an answer twice and the first time they told me they don't allow you to turn in the application the first 7 days of the month so I had to wait, then the second time I got an answer to schedule the appointment they said they didn't have availability anymore so I have a money order that I can't even use and wasted both my time and money."

"Very well kept up Apartments overall. Some minor imperfections upon inspection but overall not at all a deterrent for rent. Units built in 1982 but look nearly new for the years they have been here. Lots of amenities including Central Air/Heating, dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups. A decent size patio with Handycap entry doors. Better insulated Units with decent windows for easy cleaning. Two full size bathrooms with very large bath tubs. A real plus for a larger person like myself. I will be extremely happy here for my years approaching retirement. Overall a very fair price for what you get."

"The leasing office is not attractive. Parking is far from leasing office.The management is slow. The village green Apartments residents need to come to findlay green apartments for talking to manager. Even the laundry is located at findlay green apartments for other residents."
